Gen X is often referred to as the "Forgotten Generation". Anyone from that generation knows that we are not forgotten, just a little hidden, and we like it that way. We are the quintessential latch key, hose water drinking, staying "outside" late, riding our bikes or skateboards with our friends, kids. We are independent, resourceful, adaptable, only ever so slightly skeptical of authority but understand the pragmatic benefits of authority driven institutions. We are a proud bunch, and rightfully so. We work hard, take pride in our accomplishments, and do not make excuses when the going gets tough. We suck it up!!!
